Thomas Nicholas, Founder/CEO

Thomas Nicholas was trained and graduated as an RN in 1977, and has been working in the health care sector for the past thirty-six years. Mr. Nicholas acted as the CEO for five Renal Dialysis out patient facilities located in Connecticut, four out of the five were start-up facilities. Tom has actively been involved in various entrepreneurial ventures and is currently focusing his efforts as CEO of Prime Wellness Connecticut. He brings a tremendous amount of outpatient services experience to PWCT and looks forward to providing patients of Connecticut with an alternative and addition to traditional western medicine.

Al Domeika, Dispensary Manager/Pharmacist

Al Domeika, Rph, is a founding member of Prime Wellness. He brings over 25 years of retail pharmacy experience, managing pharmacies in various regions with fluctuating volumes.

A 1996 graduate of the University of Connecticut, Al is a long-standing member of the Connecticut Pharmacists Association. He specializes in patient-care, immunizations, diabetic care, and is CPR certified.

Al is excited about assisting patients with alternative medicine. “This is a great opportunity for our patients seeking other options to traditional pharmaceuticals. I am looking forward to sitting down with people and helping them with their decisions about their health and wellness.”

Dean Marino, Head of Security

After a distinguished twenty (20) year career in law enforcement, Dean Marino retired from the State of Connecticut as a Sergeant assigned to Bradley International Airport. He has an extensive background in Security Management, Critical Asset Protection and Investigative skills. His position required handling of security vulnerability assessments, developing & coordinating various disaster drills.

Since retiring from law enforcement in 2007, Mr. Marino has been an Adjunct Instructor at three Connecticut Colleges teaching Homeland Security Management, Critical Asset Protection & Business Continuity and various Criminal Justice classes.

He has a Master of Science Degree in Management and a Certificate in Homeland Security from the University of Saint Joseph College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University and Associates Degree in Law Enforcement from Manchester Community College. Mr. Marino is a 2007 Sigma Beta Delta Honoree for his scholastic achievement.
