Prime Wellness of CT is aware of the recent news about the COVID-19 Virus. We currently will REMAIN OPEN to service your medical needs.
Please know that we are committed to the health and safety of our patients and employees. Below are a few proactive measures to ensure this.
- EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, the waiting room will be closed to our patients. We will be implementing a 1 in and 1 out policy for the number of registers that are open inside the facility. Please expect to wait in line outside of the facility when visiting. Please limit your number of visits if possible.
- EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, we will have a dedicated pre-order register(s) for patients who will NOT make any modifications to their orders. If a modification is made, the staff will require the patient to return to the normal pick-up line. We ENCOURAGE patients to utilize this pre-ordering system as it will limit wait time outside of the facility.
- EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY, pharmacists will be offering over the phone consults instead of our normal intake process.
If you have been feeling ill, have a fever, or have been known to be in contact with someone who has the virus, please STAY HOME!! We are actively working with the DCP to ensure everyone has access to their medicine in one way or another.
